THE BUN

Bun, AKA Bao Bun is a popular food originating from Taiwan and Fujian. Before the bun finds its way into your hand and melts in your mouth, it goes through a dough mixing process through to steaming. After we have steamed, we open and fill the bun to order, with beautifully fresh ingredients, meat and/or vegetable and toppings to excite your taste buds. It’s a perfect combination as a starter with your noodle box because it doesn’t make you feel bloated.
